I can work with you in the comfort of your home or mine. I do have a dedicated home yoga space.
Private 1-2-1 can often be useful if you are new to yoga and would like some help with the fundamentals before you join a class. Private tuition can also be very beneficial if you are recovering from an injury or are returning to exercise after a health problem or if you are antenatal/postnatal.
My first meeting with you will be a fact-finding mission; to get as much information as I can so that I can tailor your practice. You will be given your own file where your class plan from the session is put into your folder for you to practice at home.
If you are particularly interested in developing an aspect of your yoga practice that you feel is not addressed in a general class, please discuss this with me and I may be able to help.
Prices are dependent on travel cost and the amount of tuition time required. Discounts for block bookings are available. Please contact me for a chat about this.
