Post – Natal Yoga
Post-natal Yoga is all about healing the new mum. We will be using movement, balance and relaxation, nurturing mums in a safe and friendly environment, whether in my own home or at yours. The class will help restore hormonal balance, bring strength to the spine, ease the effects of holding/feeding baby, reduce anxiety, reduce depression and help restore the body back towards better core strength.
This is suitable for mums with 6 week post natal GP check completed.
