Every Monday 7.15pm - 8.30pm  @ New Stapleford Community Centre, Washington Drive, Stapleford NG9 8PY​​

Monday Class 2019 Course Dates:

PY18 - 11th November (spaces)

PY19 -  November/December 2019 – 18th November, 25th Nov, 2nd Dec (spaces)

PY20 -  January 2020 - 6th January, 13th January, 20th January, 27th January, 3rd Feb, 10th Feb

**Each course is £50 which includes manual and WhatsApp group set up. Then rebooking yoga students get a 10% discount**

Our YogaTumz Classes

Suitable from 12 weeks of pregnancy (or earlier with Midwife consent).

Our classes are run by Claire, a fully qualified FEDANT approved antenatal teacher, and fully qualified Yoga Alliance Yoga teacher.

We meditate with our growing babies, move in kind and strengthening yoga poses, and relax deeply with our guided visualization meditations.

You will be set up on the groups WhatsApp group and be provided with a PDF e-booklet to accompany the courses. You will receive topic time videos every week covering all subjects like breathing techniques and anything pregnancy!

We welcome all students, whether a complete beginner or an expert in yoga!

 

Pregnancy Yoga will give you the tools to :

  • Create space for your growing baby.
  • Connect with your baby through meditation.
  • Ease pregnancy related symptoms such as SPD, Sciatica and fatigue. Meet other expectant Mums and enjoy your special journey together.
  • Relax and unwind.
  • Learn breathing techniques for pregnancy and birthing.
  • Enjoy deep relaxation with visualization techniques.
  • With my pregnancy yoga classes, you will not only benefit from my own experiences of practising yoga throughout both pregnancies, but my experience of helping so many ladies through pregnancy and into motherhood. I will give you 100% support and guidance throughout your pregnancy.

* Paid time off work for pregnancy yoga classes. Women in full-time employment are entitled to paid time off work to attend yoga classes, which are covered by the category ‘antenatal appointments and relaxation and parent craft classes’. Women are encouraged to exercise their right to this time off work.
