I can work with you in the comfort of your home or mine. This can often be useful if you are new to yoga and would like some help with the fundamentals before you join a class. Private tuition can also be very beneficial if you are recovering from an injury or are returning to exercise after a health problem or if you are antenatal/postnatal. My first visit will be a fact finding mission, to get as much information as I can to tailor your practice.
If you are particularly interested in developing an aspect of your yoga practice which you feel is not addressed in a general class, please discuss this with me and I may be able to help.
Prices are dependent on travel cost and the amount of tuition time required. Discounts for block bookings are available. Please contact me for a chat about this.
Steph from Nottingham: “My sister in law and myself have been having private classes with Claire now for the past couple of months. We was both new to yoga before starting the pregnancy yoga and we both enjoy it so much. We are so relaxed and stretched out after each session. We are even thinking of carrying on regular yoga once our babies are born. We would highly recommend the private lessons as it’s more one on one and you feel more comfortable in your own home. Claire has been amazing at accommodating us if we have ever needed to change days. Thank you so so much we will be sad to stop pregnancy yoga.”
Carly from Derby: “I have been a private client of Claire’s for some time now. I have suffered long term back pain and was recommended to try yoga to help with realignment. I have a private weekly session in my home which is great for me as I’m so busy running my business from home. I was blown away by the difference yoga had made to my life not just physically but mentally too. Yoga gives me headspace I didn’t know was achievable and am feeling so much less achey! Being a newbie to yoga I was nervous but Claire has been so supportive and patient in my yoga journey and has helped no end in correcting my posture to help my back. Thanks Claire.”
