Recognise and Reset
This week in class we have meditated and moved through the word – Recognise.
Recognise where we are, how our mind is and how our body feels. After days (or even weeks!) of well needed rest, eating mince pies and drinking Baileys, it came as no surprise we all felt like we needed a reset! Our New Years meditation was just what the doctor ordered to subconsciously set new intentions of what we would love to achieve in 2020, feeling more in control of our own prosperity!
