Radiance Yoga’s next Pregnancy Yoga course starts Wednesday 2nd May 2018
Pregnancy Yoga will give you the tools to:
🧘♀️Create space for your growing baby
🧘♀️Connect with your baby through meditation
🧘♀️Learn breathing techniques for pregnancy and birthing
🧘♀️Relax and unwind
🧘♀️Ease pregnancy related symptoms such as SPD, Sciatica and fatigue
🧘♀️Meet other expectant Mums and enjoy your special journey together
These classes are not ‘yoga inspired’ like other classes that are around. We practise actual Hatha Yoga poses that have been adapted for the pregnant woman, pranayama (breath work) and deep relaxations. It doesn’t matter if you are new to yoga either, as most people are that join the class. All the classes are at a beginner level and there are modifications available to make the poses easier or harder depending on how your body feels.
You will also receive a manual to accompany the classes so you can continue your learning at home and for your chosen birthing place.

Dates: 2nd May, 9th May, 16th May, 23rd May, 30th May & 6th June 2018
Class time: Wednesdays 7pm until 8.15pm
Investment: £50 to secure a 6 week place on the course. Spaces are now very limited, so paying for a block completely secures that place.
Those joining me for the last few weeks of pregnancy (36-40 weeks) the classes are £9 each class.
